UVERworld fans around the globe can digitally snag their lastest single AS ONE very soon! The single, originally released on March 4 and featuring three tracks, will get a worldwide release on March 11. Look for it at your favorite digital media stores including iTunes, Spotify and more!

Check out the band in the short version of the mind-bending music video for AS ONE if you haven’t seen it already. It’s overflowing with reality-defying imagery, where each member experiences something different from one another.

Vocalist TAKUYA∞ is swiped away from himself in rectangles.

It also focuses a lot on mirrored surfaces where most of the magic takes place! One such example is when TAKUYA∞ holds up a mirror to create an infinity mirror pattern that’s almost identical to the UNSER album artwork.

So many mirrors! UVERworld references album art for their most recent album “UNSER”.

We also see each band member surrounded by mirrors and the band rockin’ out in a car park as a gargantuan, rectangular mirrored surface hovers above them, reflecting their performance. The last time UVERworld had anything this big hovering over their heads in a music video was the square light in ODD FUTURE.

The mother of all mirrors: UVERworld reflected in the mirrored surface floating above them.

I mentioned before that I felt the song was too lively for Kamen Byoto after hearing a preview of the chorus. However, after hearing the rest of the song, I take back my words. Its ominous buzzing and heavy beat suit it much better than I originally thought.

You can check out more from the band in this promotional  AS ONE “Kamen Byoto” music video featuring clips of UVERworld’s performance with scenes from the movie.
