The fairly new and promising visual kei band Rumbless. is stepping up their game by entering a new territory, anisong covers! This is their first cover song uploaded onto their YouTube and it feature’s the opening theme song Gurenge from the popular shounen anime Demon Slayer, or Kimetsu no Yaiba (鬼滅の刃) in Japanese.

While the original version by LiSA is already fairly rock by itself, the version Rumbless. provides adds a bit extra by giving it metal guitars, in addition to adding scream vocals. You will also hear some digital sound effects added which is something we would expect from their producer Daisuke, the frontman of the dark-electrocore band SEVER BLACK PARANOIA.

It’s a bit unfortunate however that the instrumentals were also digitally created, but the vocals and their cosplays—as seen in the video—are still great! From left to right: Drummer Tva cosplays as Inosuke Hashibira, vocalist Roku as Giyuu Tomioka, guitarist Takaki as Zenitsu Agatsuma, and bassist Sin as the protagonist Tanjirou Kamado.

If you want more from the band, make sure to check out their first music video catastrophe which is mixed and mastered by Ryo of girugamesh, this song can also be found in their first EP titled phi.
