Production for a new Netflix assassin thriller Kate featuring BAND-MAID and MIYAVI is currently underway.
Starring American actor Mary Elizabeth Winstead who plays the role of an assassin who has been poisoned, she is given 24 hours to live and exact revenge on her enemies across America and Asia, but manages to befriend a daughter of one of her past victims along the way.
It’s been announced that Woody Harrelson, Michiel Huisman, Tadanobu Asano and Jun Kunimura are amongst the cast, but as to what these characters will be, we have yet to find out.
Not forgetting to our musician-come-actors, MIYAVI who now has an extensive list of films and series on his resume including BLEACH, Maleficentand Stray will be joined by the hard rocking maids, but the further details and release date has not yet been announced. We do know that this will be BAND-MAID’s first appearance on international screens.
