MIYAVI will be returning to the silver screen again as it has been confirmed that he will be joining the cast of the upcoming Bleach Live Action movie. The supernatural movie revolves around “Soul Reapers” (death gods) who are guardians of the mortal world, where MIYAVI puts on the role as the soul reaper Byakuya Kuchiki, a strong and sophisticated character in the franchise. The movie which is produced by Warner Bros and directed by Shinsuke Sato is to be expected to premiere on July 20 later this year!

MIYAVI and Byakuya’s character share some similarities between them, both of them are extremely cool and elegant but they are also calm, want a peaceful society, caring and protecting the ones who are closest to them and most importantly, both are samurai’s in their own way.
In a previous interview with Electric Bloom MIYAVI had stated that he was in a Japanese movie which would be out this year, which turned out to be Bleach! Who’s excited for the movie?
