Yoshiatsu, former vocalist of the band Fukuro (梟) and drummer of the band DRUGS, has voluntarily suspended all artistic and public activities following allegations that surfaced online on July 6 that he had pursued relations with a minor. In response, Fukuro announced an indefinite hiatus, while DRUGS confirmed it will disband after a final performance with a support drummer on October 2. Yoshiatsu had been a prominent figure in the visual kei scene for many years, with both bands gaining significant momentum over the past year.
Yoshiatsu shares his deepest regrets and states that while some of the shared information was false, some of the facts were true and that professional boundaries with fans were broken. The full statement by Yoshiatsu is available below.
Yoshiatsu
Over the past several days, many allegations, screenshots, and private conversations involving me have been shared online. I understand the concern, disappointment, and anger this has caused among everyone.
First, I have never pursued or engaged in any relationship with a minor.
While I recognize that part of the claims circulating online are based on real facts, many are inaccurate, misleading, or entirely false. However, it is also true that I failed to exercise sufficient care regarding the appropriate boundaries and manner of interaction with fans. I take seriously the fact that this contributed to a situation that gave rise to considerable speculation and suspicion. Over the years, I have at times engaged in private communications with certain fans. Looking back, I recognize that there were occasions where I failed to maintain the appropriate boundaries expected of me as an artist.
I take responsibility for my failure in judgment, and I understand that my actions have caused concern and damaged trust not only in me, but also in the projects and people associated with me.
I also understand that these concerns did not arise overnight. I sincerely acknowledge that over the years, my own words, actions, and judgment have contributed to the criticism and speculation that surrounded me.
Whether every story that has circulated is true or not, I recognize that my actions contributed to an environment in which doubt, criticism, and speculation were able to grow.
I have provided my management with access to my social accounts and communications so that they can review the facts thoroughly. I will do my best to address the situation with as much transparency as possible, particularly at a time when speculation and misinformation are spreading alongside genuine concerns.
Effective immediately, I have decided to suspend all my public and artistic activities until further notice.
To my fans, band mates, staff, business partners, and everyone who has supported me, I sincerely apologize for the disappointment this situation has caused.
I understand that trust is earned through actions, not statements. Going forward, I will take a serious look at my own conduct and approach these matters with responsibility.
Once more, I would like to sincerely apologize for the trouble I have caused to so many people.

Announcement of Fukuro’s Indefinite Hiatus
To everyone who has supported Fukuro, we would like to thank you for your continued support.
First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize to all of our fans and everyone involved for the concern and trouble this situation has caused. We also want to offer our heartfelt apology to everyone who was looking forward to our Fukuoka show, which had been scheduled for July 4.
Following the recent information circulating online regarding our member Yoshiatsu, he has personally apologized to the other members and provided an explanation of the situation. Since then, we have carefully discussed both the facts surrounding the situation and the future of the band.
During these discussions, we were made aware, in line with Yoshiatsu’s public statement, that some of the information circulating online is true, while other parts are not. We were also informed of his decision to voluntarily suspend all of his artistic and public activities for the foreseeable future.
As we continued discussing how to respond to this situation, it became clear that there were fundamental differences among the members regarding how we should move forward as a band and how we should respond to everyone who has supported Fukuro. As a result, we concluded that it would be extremely difficult, at this time, to maintain the mutual trust that has sustained the band over the years.
Since its formation, Fukuro has always valued the mutual trust and respect shared among all of its members. However, as a result of this incident and the discussions that followed, the foundation of trust on which the band was built has been significantly impacted. We have therefore concluded that it is no longer possible to continue our activities in a way that all members can genuinely support. For this reason, we have made the difficult decision to place Fukuro on an indefinite hiatus, effective today.
To everyone who has supported us throughout the past five years, as well as everyone who has worked with us, we sincerely apologize for having to share this heartbreaking news. Above all, we deeply apologize for betraying the trust and expectations of everyone who has supported us. All members and staff extend our deepest apologies.
Regarding Future Activities
As a result of this indefinite hiatus, all concerts organized by Fukuro will be cancelled. In addition, we will withdraw from all events and festivals in which we were scheduled to perform.
Information regarding ticket refunds and other related procedures will be announced as soon as the necessary arrangements have been finalized.
We have also made the decision to cancel our planned three consecutive monthly releases.
Our official fan club will remain active for the time being. However, no new content will be released during the hiatus, and all scheduled livestreams have also been cancelled.
Any further updates or announcements will be shared through our official website and social media channels as soon as decisions have been made.
Once again, we sincerely apologize to everyone who has supported Fukuro and to all those involved for the concern, disappointment, and inconvenience this situation has caused.

I am truly sorry for the pain I have caused to so many people and for all the trouble and inconvenience my actions have brought.
Everything that has happened is the result of my own behavior, and if there is any possibility of a future where we can continue, then I believe I need to fundamentally change myself.
I will reflect deeply on the way I have lived and the choices I have made, and I will work to earn back your trust through my actions going forward.
Once again, I am sincerely sorry for everything.
To all my fans,
I am truly sorry for taking away something you were looking forward to. I’m also deeply sorry for disappointing you.
Everything that has happened is my responsibility. If there is ever a chance for me to continue in the future, I believe I must first change myself completely.
I will take the time to face my mistakes honestly, reflect on them, and do everything I can to find the right way to make amends.
I am truly sorry.

This is incredibly difficult, and it hurts more than I can put into words.
These past days have been filled with sadness, and it’s been hard to come to terms with everything that’s happened.
I feel like I’m losing something that means the most to me.
Knowing that this news will also hurt all of you, the fans who have always supported and cared for us so deeply, weighs heavily on my heart.
I’m truly sorry for letting you down, for breaking your trust, and for the pain this has caused. Thank you for your understanding and your love.
Daisuke
Bassist Yutara
I would like to sincerely apologize for the series of announcements that have caused so much concern, inconvenience, and distress.
In particular, I deeply apologize for the sudden cancellation of our Fukuoka show on such short notice, which caused confusion and disappointment to so many people. Above all, I am truly sorry that I was unable to personally offer a proper apology until today.
After finishing our Sapporo show, we felt genuine confidence in our six-city free one-man tour, and we were all truly looking forward to performing the remaining five dates. Even now, I am still struggling to process how everything changed so suddenly. I cannot express how frustrated, heartbroken, and devastated I feel about this situation.
Ultimately, we have had to cancel every announced event and release, including our one-man tour, and ultimately make the decision to place Fukuro on an indefinite hiatus. It breaks my heart knowing that we have let down everyone who was excited about our future, everyone who had been looking forward to seeing Fukuro for the first time, and everyone who had supported us throughout the past five years and celebrated with us as the band finally began to gain momentum.
Every project and event we had announced was something the members and our manager had carefully prepared together with Fukuro’s future in mind. We believed that absolute unity within the band was essential in order to make those plans a success. However, once even the meaning and purpose behind those events had been shaken, we came to the conclusion that continuing to perform, create, and express ourselves would not be the right thing to do. Above all, we felt it would not be fair to our fans, nor would it be a respectful way to honor the five years of history that Fukuro has built.
That said, I understand many people will question whether this decision, and the time it took us to make these announcements and explain the situation, was truly the best way to face our fans with honesty. I know there were shortcomings in how we handled everything, and I accept that we have disappointed many of you. For that, I sincerely apologize.
As selfish as it may sound, I ask for some time to carefully reflect on what Fukuro stands for.
To everyone who has continued to support us, cherished this band, believed in us, loved our music, and stood by us through everything, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I am truly and deeply sorry.Yutara
Drummer Lotto
All of our scheduled concerts have been canceled, and Fukuro will be going on an indefinite hiatus.
To everyone who has supported us, I’m truly sorry that we’ve reached this point.
Daisuke, Yutara, and I are deeply saddened by how things have turned out, and more than anything, we’re thinking of all of you who have supported us.
I always believed that as long as we could continue making music, we would also be able to continue performing live. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case.
Something essential that held this band together has been broken and, at this time, the four of us can no longer make music together as Fukuro.
Our free tour had only just begun, and we were excited for what was ahead.
It would be easy to call this a breakup, but that wouldn’t fully reflect our emotions.
We don’t know what the future will bring, so for now, all we can ask for is time.
I’m truly sorry for the pain and sadness this news may cause.
Thank you for always supporting us.

DRUGS
An official statement was released on DRUGS’ social channels. With Yoshiatsu being the main creative force behind DRUGS, the band has decided that carrying on DRUGS wouldn’t be right and will suspend activities following their final performance on October 2. The remaining performances will go ahead with a support drummer. The members have written messages to fans on their social channels detailing their heartbreak over DRUGS’ disbandment and appreciation of support from fans. The statements are available in full below.

Announcement of the Disbandment of DRUGS
To everyone who has supported DRUGS,
Thank you, as always, for your continued support.
Following the recent situation involving our member, Yoshiatsu, we have carefully reviewed the circumstances surrounding the matter and held extensive discussions with Yoshiatsu himself regarding the future of the band.
During those discussions, Yoshiatsu informed us of his decision to suspend all of his artistic and public activities for the foreseeable future.
While we fully respect his decision, we have also spent a great deal of time discussing the future of DRUGS.
DRUGS was a project originally conceived and produced by Yoshiatsu, and he played a fundamental role in shaping the band’s identity, concept, and overall direction.
After carefully considering every possible option, we ultimately concluded that, rather than continuing with a replacement member, DRUGS will officially come to an end following our performance on October 2, 2026.
All performances that have already been announced will go ahead as scheduled with a support drummer.
We sincerely apologize to everyone who has supported DRUGS, as well as to everyone involved, for having to share this unexpected news.
At the same time, the remaining members remain deeply committed to continuing their artistic journey and creating music together.
While DRUGS will come to its conclusion, we will continue moving forward and pursuing new forms of musical expression.
We would be truly grateful for your support until the very end of DRUGS.

DRUGS
Vocalist Tsuzuku
We apologize for this sudden announcement.
We have made the decision to disband DRUGS.
Regarding the circumstances of the disbandment, they are as stated in the official announcement. To everyone who has supported us and to everyone involved, we offer our heartfelt apologies for the great worry and inconvenience caused.
To be honest, I myself feel confused and have not yet been able to come to terms with my feelings regarding this sudden turn of events.
It has been a little over a year since the announcement of “NEW ORDER”.
Although it hasn’t been long, I feel nothing but grateful to everyone who has walked this path with me and honestly supported me.
Every single scene and word you have shared with me is a precious treasure to me.
I am truly sorry for ending things this way and for causing you grief.
However, I have no intention of stopping my music activities. I realize it will not be an easy thing, but I would like to explore new activities from a clean slate.
Additionally, I want to continue to pursue activities that live up to your expectations more than ever before.
I will not let any of the support that I have received from everyone, nor the frustration, go to waste. Strengthened by this experience, I will continue to approach music in my own way and move forward.
I would be happy if you continued to support me from here on out.
Thank you very much.
Thus, I look forward to your continued support.

To all DOPES, to everyone who had high hopes for DRUGS, I am sorry.
DRUGS has decided to disband.
It happened so suddenly that I myself haven’t yet been able to sort out my feelings, but now that everything all of us members have crafted together time and time again at the studio since two or so years ago has crumbled away in an instant, I feel nothing but absolute emptiness.
DRUGS will come to an end on October 2, but I will steadfastly see this through to the end, so I appreciate your continued support.

To everyone who has supported DRUGS,
As previously announced through our official channels, DRUGS will officially come to an end following our final performance on October 2, 2026.
First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize for having to share such sudden news.
We ourselves are still trying to come to terms with everything that has happened, and we are overwhelmed with many emotions.
It deeply pains us to have to deliver this news to everyone who has supported and believed in us.
DRUGS was never just a band that existed for the past year since its official announcement. Long before our debut, all of the members spent countless hours together in the studio, dedicating our time, passion, and hearts to bringing this project to life.
DRUGS was a project conceived and produced by Yoshiatsu, who shaped everything from gathering the members to creating the band’s name, concept, and overall vision.
After many discussions among the members and everyone involved, we ultimately came to the conclusion that it was time to bring this project to its conclusion.
This was not an easy decision for any of us.
However, what we created through DRUGS, the memories we shared with all of you, and above all, our passion for music will never disappear.
Both I and the remaining members will carry everything we gained through this band with us as we continue moving forward.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who has supported and loved DRUGS throughout this journey.
DRUGS will perform every remaining scheduled show with the utmost responsibility and give everything we have until the very end.
Although our time together is now limited, we would be truly grateful if you could stay with us until the final chapter of DRUGS.
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for your continued support until the very last moment.

Official Statement Regarding Yoshiatsu, Fukuro and DRUGS
To everyone who has supported Yoshiatsu, Fukuro, and DRUGS,
In light of the official statements released today by Yoshiatsu, Fukuro, and DRUGS, we would like to communicate our position as their international representative.
Over the past several days, we have remained in close communication with Yoshiatsu, the members of Fukuro and DRUGS, and their respective Japanese management teams while reviewing the available information. We encourage everyone to read the official statements released today, as they best reflect the decisions reached by those directly involved.
It became clear to us that the professional boundaries we expect to exist between artists and fans had not been adequately maintained. As these standards are fundamental principles of Killing Daze Management, and in light of Fukuro’s decision to enter an indefinite hiatus, our international management agreement with the band will come to an end with immediate effect.
Accordingly, all overseas activities currently managed or in development by Killing Daze have been cancelled. Further information regarding the Latin America Tour planned for October, including ticket refund options and any related arrangements, will be announced together with our partners in the coming days. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
Nonetheless, we remain grateful for the relationships we have built with the members of Fukuro, and sincerely hope that, when the time is right, our paths may cross again in the future.
In accordance with DRUGS’ official announcement, we will continue to work with the band through the completion of its remaining scheduled activities before bringing our work with the project to its natural conclusion.
Although these announcements mark the end of an important chapter, we remain sincerely grateful for the opportunity to have worked alongside these artists over the past year. Together with the members and the dedication of the fans around the world, we shared unforgettable performances and created memories that we will always treasure.
We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the members of Fukuro and DRUGS for the opportunity to work together and for the trust they showed us throughout our time together.
We are also grateful to Yoshiatsu for everything we accomplished together during our time working alongside him. While our paths now diverge, we sincerely hope that this period will provide him with the opportunity to reflect, grow, and move forward with greater awareness and responsibility so that, in time, he may once again be free to express his art with sincerity.
As we look ahead, we wish for everyone to take a moment to reflect on the importance of approaching difficult situations with patience, empathy, responsibility, and kindness. In today’s online world, verified information, personal experiences, speculation, and incomplete or possibly fabricated material can easily become intertwined, making it all the more important to think critically before reaching conclusions.
We hope our community will continue to choose responsibility, respect, and kindness, remembering that the conversations we create and engage in online have lasting consequences for the lives of many people, and that choosing respect and compassion will always build a stronger community than anger ever could.
Despite the circumstances that brought us here, we hope Fukuro and DRUGS will always be cherished for the music they created and the moments that brought so many people together. Those memories remain meaningful, and we sincerely hope they will continue to be remembered as we all move forward.
Finally, we would like to thank everyone who has placed their trust in us throughout this journey, as well as those who will continue to support us in the future. Your passion and support made these experiences possible, and for that we will always be grateful.
