Fukuro (梟) showcased their new track “.paaM” on June 27. The single came with an “audio video” showcasing the cover art.
.paaM is a fast-tempo track that follows a darker harmonic structure in line with Fukuro’s new artistic direction. The intensity in the composition and every member’s performance comes with such rebellious energy. Unlike Fukuro’s previous single CHOCOLATE WAR, however, .paaM offers more hope within the lyrics, hinting at the idea that music can heal the world, in addition to the emotional relief from escapism.
Vocalist Yoshiatsu posted the full lyrics on X for those who want to take a deep dive into the track’s potential message. Along with captivating lyrics, the single sees a return of Yoshiatsu’s guitar playing, escalating the rebellious atmosphere further.
