Singer-songwriter 4s4ki (Asaki) is back again with a vibrant neon music video, this time of the album title track Hyper Angry Cat (超怒猫仔)! She takes help from Mega Shinnosuke, and Nakamura Minami, both providing their catchy rap parts with full of attitude. We’re only two weeks away from the album release which is scheduled for December 16.
The track Hyper Angry Cat—unlike the previous music video “35.5”—is darker in its vibe and focuses more on the chiptune sound from video games that creates the main melodies.
Aside from rap contributions from Mega Shinnosuke, and Nakamura Minami, we also have Gigandect to thank for the composition and arrangement. You will see him appear in the video holding the original Game Boy. Additionally, the music video comes with English subtitles so you too can get into the groove!
Hyper Angry Cat is 4s4ki’s first album and will be available on December 16 nationwide at Tower Records, and worldwide through digital distribution.
