NANO is back with the upcoming EP “aИomaly” (Anomaly), set for release on July 2! Inspired by the idea of “discomfort” as a driving force, the EP explores a personal theme that reflect NANO’s current state of mind: “Anomaly is my reality”. While the EP will be available digitally, it will also come as a physical edition sold through NANO’s official webshop and at live venues.

Ahead of the full release, the third track Devil In Me from the EP, will make its way out on June 18. This song was written for and is featured in the themed pachinko machine P DEVILMAN THE FINAL. For the second track ENDGAME, Yosh and Show from Survive Said The Prophet helped compose it. Show, who usually plays drums, provides screams on the track, while Yosh is credited under his own studio, The Hideout Studios.

The music releases were first announced during a special YouTube livestream on a late June 1, where NANO also revealed a domestic mini tour scheduled for September 2025, which has been a long time coming for fans in Japan. Additionally, NANO shared insight into the meaning behind the EP title “aИomaly”, which graciously allow us to get to know NANO on a deeper level:

“Anomaly”.
When I first heard this word recently, I liked the sound of it for some reason.
When I looked it up and found it meant “irregularity” or “discomfort”, it really struck a chord with me.
In my music, my mental state, my relationships, every part of life, I constantly feel a sense of discomfort.
But it’s because of that discomfort that I want to dig deeper, to improve, to keep pushing forward.
To me, it’s one of the key feelings that fuels my motivation.
This album is packed with those raw emotions I’m feeling now.
With this long-awaited new release, I’m excited to see how my live shows evolve again.
I want to share it with everyone in Japan and around the world.
