Lyrica’s “Wonder & Under Ground” music video exhibits haunting visuals

On August 30, Lyrica showcased a captivating music video, Wonder & Under Ground. Lyrica’s signature style is present throughout the whole video, with horror-esque visuals and a combination of upbeat and heavy music.

The dark, twisting forest circles Lyrica as they begin performing Wonder & Under Ground. The haunting scenery contradicts vocalist Usagi’s jubilant, upbeat melody. The peace is short-lived as childhood memorabilia and an unnamed girl enter the unsettling scene. The screen begins to distort, Usagi’s devilish growls take control and interrupt the lush soundscape heard earlier. Wonder & Under Ground‘s video is filled with frightening imagery, becoming evermore captivating with each viewing. The track itself features such a dynamic range of emotions which will be played on repeat with a streaming release at a later date.
