SiM releases its sixth album this summer and signs contracts with overseas management, and agency. In conjunction, the band will put a large focus on its overseas activities this year, including touring outside Japan.
Reggae punk band SiM has impressed fans with lots of new activities lately, including a music label switch to Pony Canyon. The switch led them to not only create the impressive opening theme song The Rumbling for Attack on Titan in 2022, but also once again this year for “Attack on Titan The Final Season Part 3”, with the song Under the Tree.
With all the momentum built up, we’re now seeing a planned sixth album that will be released this summer. This will be SiM’s first album in about three years, since the previous album THANK GOD, THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF WAYS TO KiLL ENEMiES. Details are currently scarce, although in its announcement, the band outlined a list of genres in its album description: reggae, ska, punk, rock, and metal.
We can also see an indication that digital download and physical copies of the album will be sold.

Along with the album announcement, the band also displays its relationship with the new overseas management and agency. Shelter Music Group will act as its overseas manager, while United Talent Agency acts as its overseas agency.
Thanks to the new overseas management and agency, it has enabled the band to expand their activities. We can already see that SiM is planning to not only tour Japan, but confirms the UK, and the US. Other countries outside these regions are currently being booked. SiM’s UK appearances in June, at Download Festival 2023 and the headline show at O2 Academy Islington, were announced late last year. However, the revelation of a US tour is sparkling-new information.
Along with the newly released anime song Under the Tree for Attack on TItan, the whole movement is considered a “full-scale overseas operation” and fans can expect to see it bear fruit this year.

Eren has started “The Rumbling” to end the world. Innumerable titans started the attack and they started to stomp on everything. Mikasa, Armin, Jean, Connie, Hans, Reiner, Annie, Pieck, and Levi, who has been mortally wounded. The people who survived are going to the final battle to stop Eren.
