Hakujitsu no Yume (白日ノ夢) is a new band formed by some familiar faces. Can you tell who they are? If you can’t then here’s a clue: they were members of a four-man unit that disbanded earlier this year on March 28. I won’t tell you which band it was yet, but I will tell you more about the duo.
On April 11 (today) they made their presences known through nearly every visual kei news site in Japan. While there is no substantial information about them, they did announce that their first live will be on May 6 at Ikebukuro EDGE, and a free one-man live on May 27. Also, a concept trailer was published. The video is shot in a mental ward setting, and it appears that the character suffers from dual personality disorder. The interpretation is made stronger by their artists photos where they look almost identical in mirrored poses. If you’re intrigued then follow the band’s Twitter and be the first to know about their forthcoming activities, or check back with us for updates!
Check out their first artist photos below as well as the name of their previous band.
