The very last song from girugamesh with the fitting title period (鵺-period-) has now been delivered, and is available through many digital music stores! Most of you who are reading this probably prefer getting it through iTunes (the US one), and we’re happy to tell you that this is one of the sources available! You may also find this release a little bit later, July 20, in Google Play Music. Other Japanese retailers includes LINE MUSIC, KKBOX, AWA, d Hits (dヒッツ) and Uta Path (うたパス).

This song made into existence during the disband announcement and was officially revealed on July 10. At the time of the announcement, the band themselves didn’t know what direction it would take, as stated by Ryo in our interview with them. We however really liked how it turned out! We’re certain that other fans of the band will also enjoy their last song, as it offers a heavy and catchy sound, aristocratic piano, and last but not least, Satoshi’s emotional vocals!

If listening to the song wasn’t enough to satisfy you, then make sure to get their special limited release box, which contains the entire last performance in optical and auditory format, documentary, and a booklet. No release date has been set yet, but make sure to be quick as you’re only able to order this box between July 10 and August 10. After this, you probably won’t be able to buy it anymore.
