Anisong Festa lineup
Cö shu Nie
The rock band Cö shu Nie made their anison debut in 2018 with the opening theme Asphyxia for Tokyo Ghoul:re. Since then, they’ve contributed songs to popular anime including Jujutsu Kaisen, Code Geass, Psycho Pass, and Yakusoku no Neverland. Notably, last year, they even collaborated with the world-renowned artist HYDE on the opening theme Maisie for Kuroshitsuji.
yama
With an origin as an utaite (cover song artist) on YouTube, yama’s popularity skyrocketed into the anison scene and has performed for popular show such as Spy x Family, the 2023 reboot of Rurouni Kenshin, Kidou Senshi Gundam: Suisei no Majo, and recently in Sanda. It’s clear why they’ve achieved such success: yama’s androgynous, soft voice resonates with the new generation but also wins over listeners with versatile, skillful vocals.
Nakagawa Shoko
Nakagawa Shoko is not only a renowned voice actress and singer, but also a versatile entertainer who has established herself as a prominent figure in both the entertainment industry and anime scene. Through her anime ending theme song Sorairo Days for Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, she gained worldwide attention and is now returning to Japan Expo once again, after previously attending back in 2014.
