- Winner must be willing to provide a postal address.
- Winners will be chosen for the prize until further notice.

- No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable (if nothing else is stated in the giveaway page).
- Winners of the giveaway will be selected in a draw at random under the supervision of the sponsor (if nothing else is stated in the giveaway page).
- By completing the required task to enter the giveaway, you give permission for JROCKNEWS.com and/or the sponsor to contact you via the respective communication methods.
- Winners will be notified via the email used to sign up, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter they entered with.
- Failure to respond within a minimum of five days will result in a redraw of a winner. Please note that some giveaways have shorter deadlines, read the details for the respective article.
- JROCKNEWS.com is not responsible for the item or items not being delivered to you in any circumstances.
- JROCKNEWS.com is not responsible for any damage to the item or items caused by the shipment process.
