Jrock fans from overseas may struggle with travel to Japan, be it organization, the language barrier, or difficulty getting tickets to see their favorite bands. However, the infamous metal band DIR EN GREY invites overseas fans to join them in Japan with an exclusive travel package. This first official travel package offers a convenient travel experience and includes one ticket to a coveted DIR EN GREY concert.

Explore DIR EN GREY members’ home prefectures with this special travel package. There is a Basic Plan and a Premium Plan. The Basic plan runs from May 28 through June 3, exploring the areas of Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. The Premium Plan runs from May 28 through June 5, adding to the basic itinerary stops in Kobe, Toba-Ise, and Nagano. Check the details at the bottom of this post for pricing.

The package includes everything one would need for a trip to Japan. Included are airport transfers, a JR rail pass, hotels, activities with an English-speaking guide, and one ticket to a DIR EN GREY concert. The concert takes place on May 31 at the venue Namba Hatch in Osaka. It is also possible to request a second ticket for their concert on June 1, the finale of “TOUR23 PHALARIS -Vol.II-“. The finale is also held at Namba Hatch in Osaka, a sacred venue to DIR EN GREY and their fans. Not including this tour, DIR EN GREY has played Namba Hatch 80 times!

The only thing you need to arrange for yourself is airfare, some dinners, and to plan for free time. It is also recommended to invest in travel insurance. For the full list of inclusions and to view the itinerary, please check the official travel site.
