The frontman of King Gnu, Daiki Tsuneta, recently starred in Adidas’ autumn/winter CASUAL collection campaign. From wind-breaking light jackets to comfy sweaters and long joggers, we have the Daiki prowling empty streets and lounging around in his studio to showcase this collection in comfort.
Aside from a hot pink sweater, this collection is fairly toned down with printed trefoil emblems as well as Adidas’ signature “three stripes” trademark running across the backs of the hoodies. The video and photoshoot visuals look retro and exude a very old school cool kind of vibe. Daiki oozes confidence when he throws oversized glasses into the mix. Watch the trio of videos where he gives us hope that, we too, could look that handsome while feeling being comfy.

The collection is available in Japan via the Alpen Group shop, but we expect the stock to disappear and change pretty quickly. You can see all of Daiki’s photos on FashionPress.net’s gallery, but if you’re fancy and more inclined to high-end fashion, check out MIYAVI modeling for Gucci. He was the first Japanese person ever to model for them. Isn’t that crazy?
