There’s still a way to go for DEXCORE’s upcoming album [METEMPSYCHOSIS.] but the band has revealed the music video for fifth track BREATH with the appearance of their new drummer Reizi who joined the band back in July.

The soothing but heart-wrenching ballad has the band performing under candlelight, creating ambiance in the dimly-lit setting.

Beautiful piano playing and bells ringing accompany vocalist Kagami as he follows a candlelit path in the inkjet night. As he enters a derelict building to join the other band members, the song opens up to the strong synths where the song gradually builds up to an emotional chorus and glide into a heavy breakdown. Alongside the emotive ballad, BREATH is coupled with a powerful visual message as we see Kagami step up onto a chair and put a noose around his neck but ultimately makes the decision to step away.

The [METEMPSYCHOSIS.] album is due out on September 30 and is available in four versions with the “-EXTRA-” edition containing a high-quality 64-page booklet, exclusive early access to a new music video preview and tote bag. Take a look below.
