Every drop of positive energy helps to keep the world spinning, especially in dire times likes these. And on May 4, MUCC showed their support with a self-quarantine remote show giving it the amusing name Remote Super Live~Fight against COVID-19~, timely released in conjunction with their 23rd-anniversary celebration.

The band gives a pre-recorded performance of Jiko Keno, and Nirvana, joined by their support member and keyboardist Tooru Yoshida. Fans are able to get up close and personal as the band jam out in their respective isolation location.

This is then followed by footage taken from their set at MUCC present Trigger In The Box event from 2019. The video will be up for a limited time so make sure you check it out before it’s gone forever!

The highlight sees vocalist Tatsuro and guitarist Miya get really into it. Their facial expressions and reactive movements greatly show that. It’s very comical but there’s also a feel-good vibe emanating from the whole performance, making for an entertaining experience.

MUCC not only canceled their Europe tour last month but also postponed the release of album Aku to June 10. However, in the meantime, they have digitally pre-released Alpha, and Aku-JUSTICE-, as well as revealing the entirety of the Aku-JUSTICE- music video. There is plenty of content to tie you over in this difficult time so stay safe!
