MUCC will now release album Aku on June 10 rather than the aforementioned May 20 due to the coronavirus pandemic. However, that hasn’t stopped them from promoting the said album. In turn, the band has revealed the music video preview for the opening track, Aku -JUSTICE-, an aggressive and powerful song filled with synths.

Each member has red bandana covering their face with vocalist Tatsurou whispers, shouts, and growls as guitarist Miya delivers heavy guitar riffs. The most distinguishable part of Aku -JUSTICE- is the chorus with Tatsurou’s powerful and high energy singing. He also switches between Japanese and English with some English words sticking like “crime”, “breaking bad”, “control” and more—keeping everything interesting.

These same words show up on the screen and played alongside a timelapse of Hong Kong cityscapes, transitioning from scene to scene. How this integrates into the album can be heard in the song trailer demonstrating their genre-bending 16-song album:

The album preview takes us through heavy songs such as CRACK and also calmer piano-infused rock with fifth track Kurage. The ninth track even has Hazuki of lynch. taking part!
