gulu gulu will release their first mini-album titled gulu gulu Ryuushutsu Ongen Shuu on May 5 in “sairen” and “living dead” editions. You can expect the new tracks to incorporate characteristic lyrics based on vocalist Ai’s real experience depicting the agony and the distress of modern times. This, combined with addictive fairytale-like tunes has resulted in songs overflowing with black humor.

Both editions contain six tracks in total but some of these tracks will differ depending on what edition you get. So if you want to enjoy the album wholly, make sure to pick up both editions!

Earlier this month, it was unfortunately announced that guitarist kazari left the band as of March 5 after the band lost contact with him since February 24. Despite gulu gulu losing a member, the band is far from giving up and this upcoming release is a testament to that.
