frederic released their second album Frederhythm 2 on February 20 but just before that, following on from the music video for Sukiraism, the band released another one but for fifth track Touhikou.
Touhikou provides a funky disco tune opposed to their other playful song Sukiraism from the same album Frederhythm 2. Along with the smooth sound of Touhikou, the band brings in dancers in black-lensed glasses, slicked black hair, and red tracksuits as they bust a move out to the choreography.
It also sees the band performing on a platform overlooking the dancers as revolving orange lights shine behind them, the colors and directions changing every so often, especially for the chorus. This is all alongside kanji neon lights that appear from time to time and the lanterns hanging from above, the visuals overall having an unmistakably Chinese influence.
What do you think of the music video and song?
