Bassist AKI of Sadie forms solo project AXESSORY and releases first EP “CALL MY NAME”

When Sadie went on hiatus back in 2015, vocalist Mao and guitarist Mizuki went on to form The THIRTEEN while guitarist Tsurugi formed super-band, RAZOR. Now its the turn of bassist AKI who has gone on to established solo project, AXESSORY, doubling up as a vocalist.

Not only that, he has recently released his new EP CALL MY NAME on December 6, containing six songs in total and a music video for the title track. There is a preview for five of the six tracks below.

You can see the music video for it just underneath it, illustrating his English proficiency and the use of turntable scratching, a device used later on in Sadie’s career. Check it out below and tell us what you think!
