New information has surfaced on Mejibray’s upcoming releases since our last report. Concretely, in regards to their fifth live DVD and the second press of their first single collection, so let’s take a quick look. Aside, they have announced a sixth anniversary tour and unveiled new artist photos!
Let’s commence with their live DVD -NO MOUTH SLIVERS- TOUR FINAL at Yokohama Bay Hall, which is coming out on March 1. The band recently uploaded a very short preview of the show to their YouTube channel and revealed the cover artwork. Watch the preview below:
Continuing on, the vote for the bonus track to be included in the second press of SM has concluded, and the chosen track is And Then There Were None, a b-side from their debut single Karma-Gareki no Mantichoras. The second and third place went to Black Baccarat and Spice, in case you were wondering.
This year, we will see Mejibray celebrating their sixth anniversary with a one-man tour titled HANGMAN. It will take the band to eleven different venues starting on May 10 at Shibuya REX. The tour final will take place at Akasaka BLITZ on June 18.
Finally, take a look at the band’s new artist photos. As you may have noticed in our last coverage, vocalist Tsuzuku got a new hairstyle. For this occasion, he got his hair dyed and a quite strange make-up. Guitarist MiA, who seems to be enjoying his prince-like outfit for quite a while has now opted for a more stylized look. The vanguardist of the group, bassist Koichi, is wearing an elaborate hairstyle, while the ever changing drummer Meto is wearing a red wig under a wide wing hat and black lipstick:
