It wasn’t too long ago since amazarashi released new material, but it was however quite some time since vocalist/guitarist Akita Hiromu composed the emotional and sad song Boku ga shinou to omottanowa. To be more exact, it was three years ago. This song will finally make its way into amazarashi’s own discography when the upcoming mini-album Kyomubyo hit stores, on October 12.

Three years ago Akita Hiromu was asked to collaborate with the talented singer Nakashima Mika which resulted in the creation of Boku ga shinou to omottanowa. The song was later released as a single under Nakashima Mika with her vocals on top in 2013. All the lyrics and composition was however provided by Akita Hiromu. During Nakashima Mika’s 15th anniversary earlier this year, Akita Hiromu handed over a tribute song for the compilation album MIKA NAKASHIMA TRIBUTE, the song was of course Boku ga shinou to omottanowa, but this time with solely Akita Hiromu’s gentle voice, and his acoustic guitar taking the spotlight. It’s worth mentioning that other talented acts also took part in the compilation album, including HYDE, AimerJUJU and more.

Kyomubyo comes in regular and limited editions. The regular release includes one of the five randomly selected album artwork. Best of luck!
