ASH DA HERO is taking the stage this Saturday at Animefest 2026 on May 23, at the Brno Exhibition Center (Výstaviště) in Czech Republic. Following the sudden postponement of the band’s “WORLD TOUR IN EUROPE 2026”, this will be their first live performance in Europe. If you still have energy left after ASH DA HERO’s performance, Rolling Quartz will also be performing at the convention, marking their first appearance in the Czech Republic. Both bands are notable within the Japanese rock sphere—despite Rolling Quartz being from South Korea—and based on what we know and experienced with these two bands, you can expect both acts to push the energy at Animefest even higher

About ASH DA HERO

Formed in September 2021, ASH DA HERO is a punk, rock, and hip hop band composed of vocalist ASH, bassist Sato, drummer WANI, and DJ Dhalsim. With their unique lineup and mold-breaking backgrounds, they are a band that wants to “rock people who don’t know rock bands”, as expressed in our interview with the band.

After gaining wider recognition through their collaboration with the anime Blue Lock in 2023, ASH DA HERO continued working with other notable anime series, including Wistoria for its second opening theme song. ASH, through his solo project, also performed the opening and ending theme songs for Japan’s beloved series Ultraman Omega in 2025.
