UVERworld released their single NAMELY on June 2 with the title track serving as the second ending theme song for the anime Seven Deadly Sins: Dragon’s Judgement, the fourth season in the series.

They also revealed a short version of its music video with the main female character indulging in each of the seven sins alongside the uplifting sounding middle-tempo rock ballad.

UVERworld 『NAMELY』Short ver.

Each sin is depicted in her actions simultaneously with the word for each sin appearing on-screen. These instances are triggered when she’s being a sloth by laying in bed or a glutton when eating small and fancy finger food.

The band also performs in a white airport terminal delivering slick visuals, matching the song’s clean tones, bright synths, a reverberating, pulsating beat, and instrumentation infused with digital elements. This, of course, wouldn’t be UVERworld without vocalist TAKUYA’s sincere sounding vocals, helming the song.

NAMELY has a regular edition featuring the title track, second track LIVIN’ IT UP, and the title track’s instrumental. The limited-edition comes with the same track list but includes a DVD titled “UVERworld short movies 2020“. This is a collection of member-produced videos that aired during the opening of a live broadcast in 2020. Then there’s the anime limited edition which adds NAMELY (Short ver.) as the third track alongside the track list previously mentioned but has no DVD.
