SHAG, the psychedelic jam band led by SUGIZO, will be streaming their first online concert SUGIZO LIVE STREAMING FROM TOKYO EPISODE III ~THE SHAG STRIKES BACK~ on May 20.
Formed of six musicians, the group of talented musicians joined to play “the dopest and most radical jazz rock” of the 2020 and will be coming back for an “improvisational battle”. SUGIZO will be on guitar and violin, KenKen on bass, Shinpei Ruike on trumpet, Kazuhiro Bessho on keyboard, Kenji Yoshiura on percussions, and Yukino Matsuura on drums.
Tickets for the “unpredictably thrilling and beautifully ecstatic jam” concert livestream will be available from May 12, and there’s even a special bundle that comes with autographs and photos on offer. More information and ticket links to come soon.
