On October 9, ASAGI from D will hold an audienceless livestream entitled Epidemic Extinction Prayer ”Amabie” from the Kanze Noh Theater.
This theater that was founded in the 14th century, is not only a stage for the classic art form but also functions as the largest school for noh theater. “Noh theater” is a traditional Japanese masked drama with dance and song, and Kanze Noh continues to convey the world-class culture of Japan to this day. Tomorrow, though, the cypress stage will resonate with ASAGI’s soul-soothing voice and acoustic instruments—in true tradition to the historic arena.
Fans everywhere can rejoice because the livestream will be available worldwide on the user-friendly ZAIKO. Better yet, regular viewing tickets start at just 2,000 yen.
