RAISE A SUILEN performed its fifth single Sacred world for the first time during the event “BanG Dream! 8th LIVE DAY2” on August 22, simultaneously, revealing its artwork and October 21 release date. At that time, only those who attended the in-person concert had a chance to hear the full song, but now the general public finally received a better peek of the upcoming single through a two-minute video preview, showcasing the empowering, aggressive song that is Sacred world!
Those who recently watched the “BanG Dream! 8th LIVE DAY2” worldwide stream were able to catch the full song as well, however, the new preview allows us to listen to it in a studio setting.
Sacred world also makes an appearance as the opening theme song for Assault Lily: Bouquet, an action, fantasy anime with a focus on teenage girls in combat, typically wielding large-sized weapons.
The anime preview from back in May already allowed us to get a hint of what was to come, although it was significantly shorter and had voices on top of the audio.

You can get your hands on the single in regular or limited edition which both are coupled with the instrumental version of Sacred world, along with “stage version” of the two previously released singles REIGNING, and RIOT. These stage versions are insert songs performed at RAISE A SUILEN’s “We are RAISE A SUILEN -BanG Dream! The Stage-“, a stage play telling the origin story of how the band came to be.
If you’re not familiar with the BanG Dream! mixed-media franchise, they’re active in fields such as anime, games, manga, music, and more. RAISE A SUILEN is just one of the bands from BanG Dream!, but unlike some of them, RAISE A SUILEN is an actual real band and not a fictional one. They were tentatively called “THE THIRD (仮)”—as they were the third real band from BanG Dream!—and later received the official name RAISE A SUILEN. Their purpose was initially to support the vocalists of the other fictional bands, those without members who could play their instruments.
