Only about a month and a half after MORRIE’s first performance in his Solitude live series in New York, he’s already announced a second live show date scheduled for January 31, 2018, the night of a full moon. MORRIE, a visual kei veteran that has influenced many musicians, as well as the artistic mind behind visual kei acts Dead End and Creature Creature is known for his dark, brooding nature and operatic vocals, will be returning to Kraine Theatre to give New Yorkers another taste of his artistic performances.

Although his first live show was performed in a small venue with a small stage, it was a success in capturing an intimate and stripped down performance, as audience reception was very positive, with lots of fans enthusiastically cheering and clapping by the end of the performance. With just one acoustic guitar, one electric guitar, and an amp, MORRIE provided stripped down versions of songs that covered his vast discography of 14 studio albums.
MORRIE will be returning to Japan in places like Kyoto and Yokohama in order to continue his MORRIE the UNIVERSE “Solitude” Season live shows, so it’s great to know he is willing to come back to America to give us another chance to see him live.
