abstracts have been struggling with maintaining a permanent member line-up since the band started, now with most of its member gone, including their front-man Kaz (also known as Hellnear in doujin circles) the band has taken its musical course back to its root. The proof of that is City Lights, the band’s latest single, a song truly reminiscing of the band’s first and selftitled album abstracts. It of course also takes in some of the new mellow elements introduced in the second album HOLOGRAM, but mainly this reminds us of the fan-favorite songs guest vocalist Shoohey participated in, i.e. Frost, and Twilight.

With the member departure previously mentioned, the band is now left with two of the original members, guitarist LIN, and bassist MIKI, but now also with a new addition (which you probably heard in the new song), vocalist SATOKEN (positioned to the left in the photo above).

We really like the sound of the new vocalist and hope this will hold up!
