One of London’s top Japanese cultural festivals will be on at the end of November from 25–27 November at Tobacco Dock. We noticed The Hoopers’ (ザ・フーパーズ) photo and thought our readers would love to hear what seemed to be a symphonic and neoclassical power metal eight-piece androgynous styled group… until we took a closer look and noticed they were actually an all singing, all dancing Jpop girl group dressed as boys. With our honor as expert music reporters slightly tarnished, we thought to heck with it and tell you all about it anyway.
