1. The finalists and overall winner will be selected by an independent judge within 4 weeks of the closing date.
2. The winning design may be redrawn by a professional artist to cater to our branding guidelines and marketing needs.
3. This contest is open to all artists over the age of 16 years old.

5. Submissions must be the artists’ own work, do not enter copyrighted art. Copyright infringement will be breached by the establishment who submits the work and not by JROCKNEWS.
6. Artwork must be original for this contest or their submission will be excluded and the user will be banned from future activities on JROCKNEWS.
7. Tracing is not permitted.
8. Direct staff of JROCKNEWS.com are ineligible in this contest.
9. All entrants to the competition enter on behalf of themselves.
10. Any artwork submitted may be used by JROCKNEWS in future marketing activities.
11. Artwork must be submitted by emailing info@jrocknews.com, including the artist name, country, and the art materials used. The image supplied must be a high-resolution JPEG or PNG.
12. Entrants shortlisted to win one of the prizes must provide their full name and postal address.
13. No cash or alternative prize is available and is not transferrable.
14. The winner and finalists’ details will be made available after the draw date.
15. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition.
16. Entry into the competition will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
