Survive Said The Prophet released the music video of the band’s single Speak Of The Devil on January 17. Featuring vocalist Masato from the band “coldrain”, the song serves as the ending theme for the anime Fire Force Season 3 Part 2.
Unleashing the powerful growls of vocalist Yosh from the get-go, the music video strikes with fire imagery. Matching the anime narrative, we catch glimpses of an otherworldly white background.
Yet the climax arrives with Yosh and Masato against each other, in a growl battle charged with intensity. A fitting display for the last theme song of the Fire Force franchise, as this is their last season.
Speak Of The Devil marks a new milestone in the band’s anime song record. While they are known for Mukanjyo and Paradox, the first and second opening themes of the anime Vinland Saga, they also performed for other series, such as Banana Fish Tokyo and 24th Ward.
