On July 29, visual kei band D releases their highly-anticipated single Schwartzwald no Kemono (シュヴァルツヴァルトの獣), matched with the coupling song Weiswald no Hanayome (ヴァイスヴァルトの花嫁).

Earlier this year, D announced they will enter hiatus following their 20th anniversary. At the time they announced a new single coming this July, and now details have finally been unveiled!

Schwartzwald no Kemono focuses on vampire lore, delivering a powerful ballad and a heavy sound image. Experience the captivating essence of D’s music with their dramatic song development, heavy riffs, delicate performances, and vocalist ASAGI’s exquisite and deep vocals.

The single Schwartzwald no Kemono offers two editions. The limited edition includes two songs and a DVD with the music video and making-of content. The regular edition is a CD-only version but includes a bonus untitled track. The limited edition can be purchased from the band’s webshop or through mail order, and it will be available early at their live event on July 15 at Shin-Yokohama NEW SIDE BEACH!!.
