The day has finally arrived for the release of the GazettE’s long-awaited song and music video BLINDING HOPE, now available on streaming platforms and for download. The thrilling and obscure music video was made available on March 10 alongside a preview for all songs contained in its next album MASS, coming out on May 26.
The BLINDING HOPE music video starts with a short clip where we see a young woman jumping off a building after taking a smoke and falling onto the roof of a car. Here is where vocalist Ruki makes his appearance as he is sitting inside this car. The rest of the band slowly present themselves when the heavy instrumental kicks in.
You can pick up the upcoming album MASS in five different editions: international-, regular-, “CD+DVD”-, limited A-, and limited B-edition. All of which include 11 songs in total, with the first track being an introductory track.
The “CD+DVD” edition will add additional music video for BLINDING HOPE and its making-of. While both limited editions throw in an artbook on top of the aforementioned discs, all housed in a special box. The main difference between these two editions is that video material comes on a Blu-ray and DVD respectively. As for the international edition, its release date hasn’t been revealed yet but it’s still available for preorder!
Take a look at the album preview to hype yourself up even further as this is the GazettE’s first album in about three years.
the GazettE left a void in their activity following the cancellation of last year’s anniversary concert “the GazettE 18TH ANNIVERSARY DAY/6576“. This year, however, the band celebrates its 19th anniversary with the release of BLINDING HOPE as they are currently unable to hold a massive concert due to the coronavirus pandemic. Together with the album, this is such a great celebratory gift for the fans!
