BugLug deck out in denim for single "Shikotama/utakata ni saku yawarana hana"

BugLug announces the release of their 19th single with Shikotama/utakata ni saku yawarana hana (しこたま / 泡沫に咲く柔な花) to be released March 5. This single is a double A-side release that gives us the enjoyment of two title tracks, Shikotama(しこたま) and utakata ni saku yawarana hana (泡沫に咲く柔な花). The single will be released in three editions, with the regular edition also including the B-side track Aqubeat…, and both special editions including a DVD of the music video for Shikotama with edition A and the making of Shikotma music video with edition B.

So far only a short trailer showing behind the scenes shots taken from the photo shoot of their new look has been released—though the distorted drum and snare beat may be a nod towards what the songs on the new single sound like.

Last year BugLug favored darker themes in their music and style with their album KAI TAI SHIN SHO and single Wally, however, 2019 has brought a new look that appears colorful and cool with colorful designs and denim—this style may reflect in the music and give us something to look forward to that is different from their last releases.
