After Lovebites wrapped up their successful tour in Europe at London’s O2 Academy Islington on November 21, the metal quintet returned to Japan to see the upcoming second studio album release Clockwork Immortality on December 5. The album will later be available in the UK shelves via JPU Records on January 18, 2019.

Lovebites reunite with Finnish engineers Mikko Karmila and Mika Jussila at Finnvox Studios for the mixing and mastering of the album. Both are well-known in the metal scene for their work with acts like Nightwish, Children of Bodom, and Stratovarius, and were also responsible for working on Battle Against Damnation, Lovebites’ latest mini-album, so we can expect an exceptional sound coming out from their recording studio located in Helsinki, Finland.

We have a first taste of the album in the form of a music video for the third track of the album, Rising, composed by guitarist and pianist Miyako. Watch the full music video below and let us know what you think. You can also download Rising ahead of the album’s release when pre-ordering the album on iTunes.
