DIR EN GREY announced further details on their upcoming album The Insulated World which is coming out on September 26. Their official website unveiled a 13-song tracklist, the bonus materials, and a new delicious new look and there are four editions on offer, three of which are limited editions.

Starting with the free press edition, on top of the standard 13 tracks with 11 new songs, it contains bonus CD with remade tracks including Kigan, THE DEEPER VILENESS and Riyuu (Wake) from Shinkiba performance Ash and Beautiful Dirt live recording on June 30.

The limited deluxe version comes in an exclusive packaging and includes bonus footage on the DVD or Blu-ray holding four songs from the TOUR 18 True World from the Sendai performance on April 28 and four songs from the June 30 Shinkiba performance. So far the album art and sound is still a mystery, but we expect something dark and heavy if the new look is at all reflective of their sound for this album. Will Kyo take inspiration during his Sukekiyo project, and will a similar sound carry through from Ningen wo Kaburu? Who knows! For now, we’re sitting tight for the promotional videos and trailers.
