04 Limited Sazabys save the world with single “My Hero”

04 Limited Sazabys will release a new single on March 14, My Hero, which is also the opening theme to new TV drama Oh My Jump!, where salarymen live out their hero-saves-the-day fantasies while wearing cosplay gear. The song itself is two minutes, forty-four seconds of punky, double-time playing with a nice tapping guitar break in the middle. They’ll be playing some spring shows including a performance at Yokohama Arena on April 29.

The accompanying video features the band miming the song amidst back flipping trampoline action, football dribbling, and rhythmic gymnasts. Perhaps not heroic themselves, but it is fun.
