Sonic Death Monkey are welcoming a new member into their band. Despite their fairly recent debut in 2015, there have already been two member changes. They announced the new member, Atsu, will be replacing the band‘s former guitarist, Shouto, who left the band a few weeks ago due to illness. This news comes not long after the replacement of their bassist. The band appears to have lots to offer—so let’s hope they will be able to keep this lineup so they can focus on making great music!
They will also release their new single, Nikoni Complex, on August 23. This single will be their fourth release and will be available in two editions. Check out single details below, and make sure to check out their single preview above!
Sonic Death Monkey was formed by ex-LANDZ members Takuya, Haru, Shouto, and LILIYEL on January 18, 2015, along with drummer Seiya (ex.SPIV STATES). After the departure of Shouto and LILIYEL, the lineup now includes guitarist, Atsu, and bassist, Ritsu. The band’s sound and look has some similarities with members’ previous bands, LANDZ and SPIV STATES, matching with their colorful and cheerful theme.
