TK from 凛として時雨 『Signal』

TK from Ling Tosite Sigure keeps taking over the anime world with his catchy songs, and after taking the world by storm with his hit song, Unravel, this time his newest single, Signal, aims to live up to people’s expectations when it airs for the anime 91 Days. The anime actually already debuted last week, but due to editing and to not disrupt the anime’s atmosphere, the song was not used during the debut episode. The second episode has aired today, but you can listen to the longer version of the song now, as the music video has been released ahead of its sale date; September 7.

TK from 凛として時雨 『Signal』

If you listen to the song, you’ll notice the relaxing yet tense atmosphere the song and music video give. This fits really well with the anime it plays for, as it is an anime about mafia, which can have its bonding moments between characters, yet be full of tension and action as well.

For fans of Unravel, TK’s previous single, this new single might also cater to your splurging senses, for the third track of the CD will be an acoustic version of the now iconic opening for the Tokyo Ghoul series. The other b-side song, SHANDY, is a solo version of Ling Tosite Shigure’s song by the same name, which was recorded for one of their previous albums, still a Sigure virgin?
