How many musicians does it take to wake up our inner monster? Apparently just three; as that’s exactly what Takeshi Ueda of AA= (pronounced a a equal) accomplishes with the help of guest vocalists Koie of Crossfaith and Coldrain’s Masato. FREE THE MONSTER is a beast of a track featuring intense vocals laid over an aggressive, pulse pounding beat created by Takeshi.
The single is the third in a series of collaborative singles that began last year when AA= paired up with J.M. of 0.8Syooogeki for the track called “→MIRAI→ (POST MIRAI)”, back in August, followed by the track “M SPECIES” with Dragon Ash‘s vocalist KJ, in November last year. Next month AA= will release its fifth album with the simple title “#5“, which will include all three singles. The album goes on sale May 18, so mark your calendars!
