Sadie has been on hiatus for several months now, and we know some of you fans still might not be over it, which is why we think today is going to be a good day for you guys. Why, you ask? Because vocalist Mao and guitarist Mizuki have decided to form a new unit together! This new unit will be called The THIRTEEN, and already they have announced their first full album! PANDEMIC will be its title, and it goes on sale starting May 25! The album will be available in limited and regular editions, with the former including a DVD, and the latter being a CD only version. The music video teaser for CHAINSAW, the album’s title track, has been released, and can be viewed above. The tracklist has also been revealed.

The unit’s first live have also been scheduled, their first official live together will be held on June 24 at Akasaka BLITZ. This isn’t the first unit these two members have formed, however. In October of last year, they also formed the short-lived the MUMMY, which only had a few live performances in their repertoire.
This marks the return of the first members of Sadie since their hiatus started last September. Are you excited about this? We know you are, because we’re excited about this too!
