go!go!vanillas’ “Super Worker” Is an Ode to Working Ladies

It’s the first time time we’ve heard of go!go!vanillas so let’s have a look at their achievements and history so far. The rock band which debuted in 2013 is made of four members:

Vocalist and guitarist Maki Tatsuya (牧 達弥)
Guitarist Yanagisawa Shintaro (柳沢 進太郎)
Bassist Hasegawa “Pretty” Keisuke (長谷川プリティ敬祐)
Drummer Jett Seiya (ジェットセイヤ)

The former member Miyagawa Reiya (宮川 怜也) left the band last year. go!go!vanillas was initially signed with SEEZ RECORDS (music label for THE BAWDIES and GPBB), but later on joined Victor Entertainment in 2014.

They have released a new music video “Super Worker” (スーパーワーカー). It is really entertaining to watch, and we really don’t want to spoil it for people but it involves an office lady rolling up her sleeves to fight a kimono donning escort. Take a look above! This music video is for a track on their new album Kameleon Lights. This album is out in February 10 and will include 12 tracks in two edition, see the tracklist further down.
