We announced that SCHAFT is back in our previous article, this time with a new album ULTRA. They have revealed a preview of their entire album, have a listen to it above. ULTRA will be produced on a SHM-CD format which is short for “Super High Material CD”. They say that this type of CD allows for better sound on playback by producing fewer errors and more accurate recordings. These can also be played on a regular CD player.
As mentioned before, SCHAFT is a musical project mainly formed by Hisashi Imai (Buck-Tick) and Maki Fujii (minus(-)). Guest members includes YOW-ROW (GARI), Takeshi Ueda (AA=), and yukihiro (L’Arc-en-Ciel). We’re very excited to hear the complete album especially after hearing all these guests!
