As Utada twirls in the small room that slowly fills with water, the melody of the song fills our hearts with a comforting sensation, whilst the funk of guitars and snarling trumpets make us reminisce of the laid back afternoons on a slow summer day. The lights beautifully compliment this song, so be sure to pay attention.

Released digitally on January 19 and physically on February 23, BAD MODE (BADモード) is the eighth studio album by our beloved Utada, marking their lengthy 23-year music career. Alongside the title track, also titled BAD MODE, this album features One Last Kiss which was used for the anime film “EVANGELION:3.0+1.0 THRICE UPON A TIME” as well as Face My Fears for KINGDOM HEARTS III.
