Her Name in Blood release fiery new music video for “From the Ashes”

Her Name in Blood, who had been on a short hiatus after their drummer was fired from the band, has returned with a brand new drummer and an fiery new music video for their new EP From the Ashes, coming out on May 17!

Maki is the name of Her Name in Blood’s new drummer, and not much is known about him. Due to the complexity of the circumstances in which Umebo, the previous drummer, left, Maki seems to have appeared suddenly and out of nowhere. However, that doesn’t take away from his good drumming skills shown on the new song.

The music video is nothing special, it’s a pretty straight forward film with the members playing their instruments. But the song is completely different. The lead guitar takes prominence as usual in this band, creating a classic metal sound that has enchanted fans in Japan for years now. Check out the music video above!
