Plastic Tree has announced the release of a new single called Silent Noise (サイレントノイズ). The song, or as least the title track as we don’t yet know the track-list, will serve as the opening theme for an upcoming video game. COLLAR X MALICE is an otome-style game for the PlayStation Vita platform. The single will become available on July 27, with the game set for release the next day.
Not much more information is available, however you can get a taste via the game’s trailer.
The band will also be performing during fall tour “Boys Don’t Cry #2,” the sequel to their May 2015 men-only live. This does not mean ticket sales will necessarily be restricted by gender. Ticket prices are 5,000 yen, with the exception of the final performance which is 6,000 yen. The various tour dates and details are as follows:
