Lin (凛) announced to disband at their upcoming live the end of corruption world at Nanba HATCH on March 20, 2016.
The reason behind this decision, as stated in a comment from KISAKI on the band’s official website, is because he feels that the band has reached its limit. However unfortunate this may be, there’s some good news to be shared as well. A four-day disbandment event is planned, and the band has one final release called, Memorial Best Box “The End Of Corruption World”, for fans which became available today, on February 24.
This release includes a two-disc set of greatest hits albums containing 26 songs in total, all of which have been remastered, and two DVDs featuring two concerts that were held on June 30, 2013 at Osaka BIG CAT (Obscure Ideal – Judgement of fortune –) and November 22, 2015 at Shinjuku BLAZE (Dedicate to Graveyard – Everlasting Wish –). The first press edition includes a bonus CD for World In Flames – Eternal Sleep (re-recorded) and a random trading card; plus there’s a neat, little 24-page pamphlet included in this special package that will set you back by 10,000 yen. But, if you’re interested in the extra goodies you’ll have to act fast, as they’re limited in quantity (CDJapan currently has six copies available).
Their the end of corruption world disbandment event that doubles as KISAKI’s 40th birthday event will be held on March 8, 9 and 10, at Shinjuku (新宿) ReNY and the final day and last live takes place on March 20 at Nanba HATCH. See more details below:
